Helping You to Assist Others!
When it comes to weddings, there is no substitute for solid information,experience, and caring. Weddings, after all, are about love.
Our ministry, then - and we do consider it ministry - is to assist celebrants who may feel they need a boost of confidence and information as they offer their services to couples. Deborah Vaughan, our lead teacher, has over thirty years of professional ministry as associate pastor, parish priest, and now archbishop. She has the experience to share and the heart to do so generously.
By assisting celebrants to grow in their profession, we help them to do more than provide a legal wedding service to couples. We help our celebrants do so with professionalism and confidence. We help them design ceremonies and elements that will reflect the couple’s own love and personalities. We help them offer a service that will please couples, touch guests and build a reputation for ceremonies that are moving and unique.
We do this by offering professional development certification courses, workshops and one-on-one coaching.
Each course consists of online classes, online discussion, and assignments. You won’t find the work overly burdensome or time-consuming. Completing the course requirements will develop your skills and give you the confidence you need to successfully market yourself.
In addition to courses, we offer workshops on various aspects of professional celebrancy. Just as nurses, teachers, and other professionals continue their formation after their licensing, we expect that professional celebrants will want to keep up with trends and developments in the wedding world through inexpensive workshops, seminars, and professional development events.
